Order Cancellations

  • Prepaid Orders: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before they are shipped—whichever comes first.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Please reach out to us as soon as possible for cancellation.

To cancel your order, please email us at support@divinebond.in or call us at +91 75690 64428 with your order number.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
  • You notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos as proof.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@divinebond.in with your order number and issue details. We’ll guide you through the return process.

Returns are not accepted for reasons like change of mind, wrong size ordered (unless size was incorrectly sent), or delay in delivery by courier services.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI. We’ll contact you to collect the required details.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Products marked non-returnable or final sale
  • Used, washed, or damaged products not due to our error
