At Divine Bond, each product is custom-made with love and care. Since our items are personalized, we do not offer refunds. However, we do provide replacements for orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.


🛠️ Replacement Eligibility

We will replace your order only if:

  • The product is damaged in transit
  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • You received the wrong item or personalization

🔁 How to Request a Replacement

To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing support@divinebond.in with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the product and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.


❗ Non-Replacement Cases

We cannot offer replacements for:

  • Customer errors in personalization (e.g., spelling mistakes submitted during order)
  • Slight color or design variations due to screen differences
  • Late requests beyond the 48-hour window

📦 Return Shipping

  • You do not need to return the original item unless we specifically request it.
  • In rare cases where return shipping is required, we will provide instructions and cover the shipping cost.
